Our Founder
Meet Sheavonne Harris, founder, and CEO of The Wedding Suite. With over 20 years of experience in the wedding industry, Sheavonne possesses a passion for curating unforgettable weddings. Her inspiration for creating The Wedding Suite stemmed from a desire to offer high-quality services to couples seeking intimate wedding celebrations.
Since 2003, Reverend Sheavonne, or simply Sheavonne, has taken immense pleasure in planning and coordinating dream weddings for couples, working passionately from the heart to make each event special. As an ordained minister, Sheavonne considers officiating a privilege and blessing, enjoying the opportunity to work with couples and craft a ceremony that is presented wholeheartedly.
She has performed ceremonies in a variety of esteemed locations in New York City, including the steps of the Metropolitan Museum, Grand Central Station, Central Park, and the Plaza Hotel, among others. Couples from all over the world choose to marry in NYC with Sheavonne, who is a registered officiant in New York and a member of The International Association of Professional Wedding Officiants (IAPWO)

Marriage License Signing ONLY

Administer the oath of marriage and sign your marriage license in the absence of a formal ceremony. Following this, the signed wedding license will be returned to the county clerk’s office, with an emailed copy of the marriage license provided for your records.

Ceremony in the Park

Experience a memorable wedding day with a Central Park wedding ceremony. We offer a customized, yet timeless ceremony that reflects your love, lasting between 10-15 minutes. The ceremony is inclusive of your wedding vows and the ring exchange. Additionally, we will have 1-2 pre-planning meetings to guarantee a well-coordinated event. After the ceremony, the signed wedding license will be returned to the county clerk’s office, with an emailed copy of the marriage license provided for your record
Sweet & Simple Ceremony

We offer a personalized classic ceremony that typically spans between 10-15 minutes. The ceremony is inclusive of your wedding vows and the ring exchange. Prior to the wedding day, couples have the option to pre-approve the ceremony script. 1-2 pre-planning meetings to ensure that every detail is well-coordinated. Following the ceremony, the signed wedding license will be returned to the county clerk’s office, with an emailed copy of the marriage license provided for your records. *1-25 guests
Signature Ceremony
$800
A bespoke ceremony tailored to your love story. Includes exchange of vows and rings, along with an element of your choosing, such as a unity candle, ring warming etc. To ensure your satisfaction, unlimited revisions to the ceremony script. 1-2 pre-planning meetings to ensure seamless coordination of every detail. Following the ceremony, we'll return the signed wedding license to the county clerk's office and provide you with an emailed copy of the marriage license for your records. *1-40 guests
Wedding Wednesday in Central Park
$300
Picture saying "I do" in the heart of Central Park on a Wednesday. Enjoy a personalized classic Central Park wedding ceremony held on any Wednesday in Central Park. Our aim is to create a ceremony that reflects your love, which typically lasts for about 10 minutes. We offer one pre-planning meeting. After the ceremony, we submit the signed wedding license to the county clerk's office and provide you with an emailed copy of the marriage license for your records.
Ceremony Coaching and Signature

If you've been requested to officiate a wedding and feel overwhelmed, you're not alone. The role of a Wedding Officiant goes beyond reading a ceremony script and declaring the couple married. Consider seeking guidance and learn the craft and deliver an exceptional wedding ceremony. This package includes two coaching sessions and assistance crafting the perfect ceremony. If you are not ordained, there is no need to worry. We will sign and file the marriage license on your behalf.
